Revolution

The REVOLUTION fully automatic rotary arm wrapper is characterized by its small footprint and high pallet performance. Thanks to the rotating arm technology, the film is applied and the load is stabilized when the pallet is stationary. Thus, the risk of falling of the charge is excluded regardless of the rotation speed of the arm. This inline packaging machine has been developed according to the latest technical standards in terms of mechanics, electrics and software. The standard SIEMENS S7-1200 PLC with integrated Profinet ensures that this machine communicates easily with your packaging line. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a cover sheet feeder, which can be integrated in the machine. The modular design of the assemblies offers versatile application possibilities, even for large pallets. The rotary arm wrapper REVOLUTION LS are also available in a patented version with a double foil carriage. The advantage of this is the possibility of integrating a cover sheet in the machine, since both slide slides are on one arm.

Revolution LS

The Revolution LS model is equipped with a foil carriage as standard and is suitable for low and medium output ranges.

The machine achieves a capacity of up to 65 pallets per hour or 25 revolutions per minute.

The Revolution HS model is equipped as standard with a foil carriage and is suitable for low and medium output ranges.

The machine achieves a capacity of up to 75 pallets per hour or 30 revolutions per minute.
